Available Scholarships

Pepperidge Farm

Pepperidge Farm is committed to education and has implemented a scholarship program to help with higher education costs.  Applicants must have a relative working at the Pepperidge Farm location in Richmond, Utah.  And, the applicant must be pursuing a 4-year degree in math, science, engineering, or business field of study; or a technical certification such as electro-tech/industrial maintenance from an accredited technical school.  Please see the counselors at the Cache County School District high schools.

Kenton Reynolds “In Memoriam” Scholarship

In memory of Kenton Reynolds, who bravely and valiantly fought leukemia, this scholarship is to continue his love of life by helping others who are struggling.  Please see the counselors at Mountain Crest High School for more information.

Kelly Campbell Memorial Scholarship

The Kelly Campbell Memorial Scholarship was established by the parents of Kelly Campbell, former Sky View Student, to recognize deserving Sky View students who wish to pursue a college degree with vocal music focus.  Application forms are available at the Sky View High School counseling office.

Daniel Robert Lynch Memorial Scholarship

The Daniel Robert Lynch Art Education Scholarship was established In-Memoriam by the Lynch family to recognize deserving Green Canyon, Mountain Crest, Ridgeline, and Sky View High School students who wish to pursue a college degree with a visual art focus.  For more information visit www.dansinspiration.com.

Thad and Jenny Box Scholarship

Thad and Jenny Box provide one or more scholarships to a Cache High School student or students who would not otherwise be able to continue their education.  Application forms are available at the Cache High School counseling office.

Litizzette Life Science Scholarship

The Litizzette Scholarship is being offered through the Cache Education Foundation in honor and memory of Larry Litizzette. He was a respected and loved teacher who spent his career teaching biology to high school students. He was a serious advocate of education and concerned about the success of his students.  Application forms are available at the Mountain Crest High School counseling office.

Pay it Forward Scholarship in Memory of Alma B. Clark

Alma B. Clark was one of the first “Women in Business”.  She was the head of a mortgage and loan company in Cache Valley.  She was a very giving person and always wanted to help those in need.  Her daughter, Stephanie Sorensen, has been in education as a teacher and principal.  She currently assists charter schools and also helps to fund-raise for the Sunshine Terrace.  She, like her mom, would like to continue to make a difference and help those in need.  As a result, she created this scholarship program.  Please see the counselors at Mountain Crest High School for more information.

Campbell Scientific Scholarship for Children of Employees

In it’s dedication to family and education, Campbell Scientific, Inc. has established a scholarship program for children of employees at Campbell Scientific Inc. in Logan, Utah.  Campbell Scientific, Inc. and it’s shareholders wish to show their appreciation for the dedication of employees and the support provided by their families.  The purpose of this program is to award scholarships to assist young men and young women in their pursuit of education to making a difference to our community’s local workforce.  For more information, please see the counselors at the Cache County School District high schools.

Toolson Family Memorial Scholarship

This unique scholarship was established to honor Mayor Richard H. Toolson, Gertrude A. Toolson and L. Vern Toolson. This scholarship recognizes a deserving Sky View student, who is a third generation Smithfield resident, with funding for his/her college education.  Application forms are available at the Sky View High School counseling office.

BJ Larsen Open Armed Foundation

BJ Larsen passed away in December of 2013 from pneumonia.  He was newly married.  He was an incredible baseball player that attended Mt. Crest High School.  Shelly Spackman, his mother, set up this scholarship in his name to honor his selflessness in helping others.  She and her family work with the Mt. Crest High School principal and counselors to determine students that could use financial assistance in pursuing their dreams.

Stepping Stone Scholarship

This scholarship is available for seniors attending Cache High School. Cole & Kris Evans donate yearly to help students achieve higher education success.  Application forms are available at the Cache High School counseling office.
